Top city Pastor Peter Mutebi of Kitintale-based Evangelical Church is entangled in a filthy sex scandal, Red Pepper exclusively reports.
His side dish has dragged him to police, for allegedly threatening her life over their out-of-the-wedlock gotten kids.
Mutebi, a loaded man of God and MD for Luthuli Avenue-premised Train Up- a Primary school in Bugolobi, owner of Kwick Trip filling station in Busega, and proprietor of PATCO Stationers and Gen Merchandise along Nasser Road is accused vide case-file number SD 46/19/07/12 of Old Kampala police station, for threatening violence to Olivia Nakayemba, his side-dish with whom he secretly fathered two kids in the last five years.
In a formal complaint to Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Directorate (CIID) Chief Grace Akullo, Nakayemba faults Old Kampala detectives for dragging their feet on her case , a notion she notes with concern, as exposing to more danger her life and that of her new boyfriend, Moses Lugudde.
Though Akullo said she is yet to receive the complaint, sources confirmed it reached her office.
Nakayemba, who confirmed to this reporter to have filed the case and indeed authored the complaint, narrated how Mutebi, her former employer at PATCO Stationer where she worked as the Graphic Designer, promised her ‘heaven’ on earth after a hot sexual intercourse at Mukono-based Nalubaale Guest House.
On the police file, the 28 year-old Nakayemba said Mutebi turned against her after she confessed to have gotten herself a befitting partner with whom she can enjoy sex and appear in public than his secret affair which was also an agony than ecstasy filled relationship. Mutebi,53 is meant to be happily married with his lawful wife Rebecca Kintu Mutebi.
“It was around July 18th 2012 at Sambo Restaurant on Nasser Road when, he summoned me and said I must give him the kids (four and two years respectively) since I got another boyfriend. He said he had rented a house in Nalumunye where, a maid would look after them than me whose time he said is dedicated to my boyfriend. He said if I cling to the kids, he had potential of eliminating me and CLEAR his way to getting the kids,” Nakayemba said, adding she recorded the entire conversation.
She said this came on the backdrop of several other threats, mostly verbal attacks via phone in which Mutebi allegedly vowed to CLEAR her, “along with my ‘foolish’ boyfriend. My boyfriend has also been subjected to several threats from people we don’t know, his house broken into and property stolen several times until when we recently, secretly shifted to another house in Rubaga.
THE STORY
It is a tale of office romance that reached the climax in December 2006 when, Mutebi allegedly started passing advances to Nakayemba.
“One day, we were seated behind the counter and in his wife’s presence. He slowly passed his left hand beneath and started fondling me,” she states, adding she could not make any move, positive or negative for fear of alerting the wife who seemed not to notice her man’s hand swimming down the river-between.
On asking him later, Nakayemba said the man of God confessed his unbearable feeling for her and said he would do whatever it took to obtain her southern region waters’ password. He followed the verbal confessions with text messages full of moving love suggestions. Detectives who saw the messages also, concurred that it would take the most foolish girl not to give in.
Indeed, one evening, Mutebi decided to accomplish the mission when, as usual ordered Nakayemba into the car to go for debt collection in Mukono. She did not suspect any foul play as they had several customers who owed them in Mukono. In Mukono, the Pastor reportedly drove straight to Nalubaale Guest House where, upon parking, she asked whether they were meeting new customers.
“He simply went out and after about fifteen minutes, a staff came and told me my boss wanted me inside. She led me into the room where he was. Immediately I entered, he roughly pulled me closer and vowed that whatever I would do, he was not leaving the place without bonking me,” Still confused on how to go about the boss’s romantic move, Nakayemba found herself laid on the bed.
Mutebi allegedly stripped her naked before he did his thing until he fell off her, exhausted.
That Mutebi later rewarded her for the good river of Babylon by buying her a Corsa car. This was on top of sweet messages and flowing presents as well as promises that he would go all the miles to make her happy. The love blossomed with time and before she knew, an oven was already burning in the womb. She gave birth to their first born and followed her with another two years later.
Nakayemba said Mutebi would use his wife’s frequent business flights abroad, to bonk her every time he felt like. “We bonked from several places before he rented me a house where he would visit me only for sex. But I got tired and decided that I was not a sex tool and told him so. That is when he took away my car to a place I don’t know. He had started behaving strangely. He would come, drag me to the bedroom, bonk me and throw Shs20, 000 on the table before driving away without uttering a word.
By this time, Nakayemba had moved on and started her own stationery shop in the next building on Lutembe House opposite Zebra House along Nasser road. This was after Mutebi’s wife boxed her out of the blue when she was heavy with her first pregnancy. However, though Pastor Mutebi resigned from the affair, it did not go down well with him when he learnt Nakayemba had gotten herself a boyfriend and went on to declare the same to him.
“He started the battle of the kids, claiming I was not fit to look after them. I refused because he always kept my children as a secret yet me, I am not ashamed of my own kids and I have the potential to look after them though he has to lawfully provide for them. Since the kids’ battle started, he has made my life uneasy until recently when he started threatening me. I have no reason to doubt his potential to implement his threats because he is loaded and connected,” concludes Nakayemba with a request to Akullo to prevail over injustice surrounding her case.
Efforts to reach Pastor Mutebi were still futile by press time as no one picked our calls on the only available phone among his three known lines.
