Apart from the chemistry of sex (the release of a flurry of endorphins that stimulate pleasure and satisfaction throughout our bodies and brains), it is a source of profound happiness for many.
Sex can bring happiness
The physical pleasure is one aspect that can be thoroughly explored across a wide array of weird and wonderful tastes and fetishes.
The emotional connection can be hugely rewarding and a kinship between like-minded people always brings people together in harmony, union and community.
It’s an important component of romantic relationships too, and identifying if two people are compatible; namely are they suited to spend the rest of their lives together and, more importantly, be happy in doing so?
Happiness is what we all want ultimately and fulfilling ourselves is the way to achieve this consistently. Sexual fulfillment can bring ecstasy to your body and spirit.
Despite this, many people admonish sex and refuse to talk about it, frowning on it as ‘beneath us’ or ‘base’ and use any number of similar slurs to shackle these desires. I am not one of these people.
