- Know your body!
Fall in love with who are you,your unique body features and have proper knowledge of every part of it.Regular Breast self checks of your breast will help you become familiar with your breast.This makes it easier for you to notice any changes,swellings or lumps.
Breast cancer when detected early can be treated so keep alert and make self breast examinations part of your routine.
2.Regular Exercise
Fat cells produce estrogen and high levels of that hormone have been linked to certain cancers. Working out can shrink the size of fat cells, so your body pumps out less estrogen.
Find a suitable work out,Zumba,jogging among others will go a long way in helping you keep fit and active.
3.Maintain healthy diets
Eating a well balanced diet of vegetables, good quality meats and proteins, healthy fats, Essential fatty acids and anti-oxidant rich foods are essential to being vital and healthy.Make it a point to buy as much organic foods and avoid genetically modified foods and harmful chemicals

4.Healthy Lifestyle
Excessive alcohol intake and smoking have been linked to increase in breast cancer risks.So do yourself a favor and reduce or better still quit.
Maintain healthy weight,get good amounts of sleep and reduce on your stress levels.Studies suggest that psychological factors can trigger one to resort to alcohol and risky behavior as well as affect proper feeding.
5.Invest in good fitting bras and maintain good hygiene.
Ill-fitting fashion bras put stress on bones and muscles which can cause breathing problems same goes for badly fitting, tight and under-wired bras supported which may restrict breathing and puts pressure on the diaphragm.
Bras which are too tight can cause lesions or lumps on the skin- lympomas which are caused by hooks on the back of bras digging into the skin.
Choose a bra with a thick back strap with at least two sets of hooks and padding on the inside of the hooks.Wash your bras thoroughly!
