I think I speak for many, when I say … in Uganda, no woman wants to be called ‘dry’ or be known for ‘not having water’. And contrary to popular belief that some tribes are naturally ‘wet’, it’s not always the case. But the good news is – if you have not been gifted thus far, you can start doing something about it and soon or later, your ‘cookie’ will be fully lubricated during your ‘sexcapades’.
So, let’s cut to the chase. Recently, I read an article written by Coco Bates of The Co Report, and I believe you will find it interesting as well. It gives tips on how to naturally increase vaginal moisture … aka getting wetter!
Here it goes;
When you’re aroused your body produces clear, slippery fluid called mucilage. This vaginal moisture happens when you have an increase of blood flow around the glands of the vagina. As the moisture passes through the glands it enters the tissue walls of the vagina and releases the wonderful and juicy wetness that we all seem to love. At the point of arousal, proper vaginal moisture levels should be slippery enough to spread over the clitoris and over the inner and outer lips of the vagina. Women can be physically aroused by either self-stimulation or from their partner and still not produce enough vaginal lubrication to enjoy sex. This can be caused by a variety of the following reasons:
- Consuming medications including birth control and antibiotics
- Having a diet rich in starches, meats, sodium, and sugar
- Menopause
- Low estrogen levels
- Breastfeeding
- Not consuming a diet that is rich in vegetables and fruits
- High alcohol consumption
- Smoking
No matter what combination of methods you choose to use to naturally increase your vaginal moisture, having and maintaining a proper diet is essential. You will need to give your body time for each of the natural methods to positively affect your system in order to experience a wet, moist, and super lubricated vagina. Regularly implementing any of the natural methods to increase your vaginal moisture will produce fertile cervical fluid, cervical mucus that’s clear, watery and stretchy, that will act as a safe harbor to a man’s sperm in reaching the egg. Be sure to use protection if you are not planning for a pregnancy.
Flaxseed Oil
Flaxseed oil makes experiencing a super wet vagina a joy for those intense sex sessions. It deeply nourishes the vaginal tissues by secreting an abundance of mucilage and acts as an instant lubricant to ease vaginal dryness. Flaxseed oil is packed with omega-3 and phytoestrogens and is an excellent source to naturally increase your estrogen levels. It can easily be implemented into your diet by using a teaspoon or two of flaxseed oil and mixing it in with your favorite vegetable-fruit smoothie or it can be mixed with a raw vegetable salad.
Exercise
On a personal note, I always feel extremely aroused after a low to mid intensity workout or with an intense stretch session. Exercising increases the blood flow to the different organs in the body which naturally increases the vaginal moisture level. Yoga, pilates, and Kegel exercises are all great and low-impact ways to increases blood flow to your yoni. After exercising, be sure to maintain proper hygiene by either taking a shower or changing your damp clothing, including your panties, right after your workout.
Water
The adult body is comprised of 60% water (source) and a woman’s cervical mucus is comprised of 90% water (source). No matter how many supplements you take or the types of natural remedies you partake in, if you are not properly hydrating your body then it will not get the significant amount of moisture in producing a wet and moist vagina. Drinking up to 8 – 10 glasses of water per day is essential for a well-lubricated yoni. The easiest way I remember to do this is by drinking out of a gallon water bottle or jug. Once I have drunk half of the amount of water that’s in the jug, I know that I have reached my 8 glasses of water for the day.
Okra
The slimy stuff, that most people seem to hate about okra, is called mucilage. You need a proper mucilage balance in the walls of your vagina in order to keep it oozing with juicy goodness when you’re aroused. Okra is an overall superior moisturizer that your yoni will fall in love with. It’s rich in vitamin A, beta-carotene, thiamin, vitamin B6, calcium, niacin, phosphorus, iron, and copper. If you suffer from a low sex drive, vitamin B6 that’s in okra will assist in increasing your libido. You can consume okra by boiling it in water, eating it raw by mixing it with other vegetables, or you can do my favorite, blend it with your favorite fruits and vegetables for a healthy yoni-loving smoothie. Consuming okra regularly will assist in getting rid of white vaginal discharge called, Leucorrhea. This happens due to unhealthy eating and living habits.
Slipper Elm
Slippery elm, just like okra, produces an abundant of mucilage that will make your yoni running with wet and gushy love juice. The inner bark of the Slipper Elm tree is turned into a powder. When it’s mixed with water it turns into a super slippery gel. The best way to consume slippery elm is by mixing it with water for a gelatinous drink, or by making a porridge that’s mixed with your favorite nuts and berries. Some women prefer to make a lubricant gel out of slippery elm that’s used at the time of sexual intercourse. Use two tablespoons of slippery elm powder, mix it with water, and insert it into the vagina. This will enhance the moisture levels and will reduce friction.
Sea Buckthorn
Taking sea buckthorn supplements will almost double the production of your vaginal moisture. The oil is rich in flavonoids, vitamins, and is exceptionally high in omega fatty acids, which includes the rare omega-7. The rare omega-7 is responsible for drastically improving the amount of vaginal lubrication. Sea Buckthorn is an oil supplement that’s derived from the fruit that grows on sea buckthorn shrubs found in Europe and Asia. When looking for a sea buckthorn supplement make sure it contains the seed oil and pulp. The pulp contains the omega – 7.
