Saint Valentine’s Day, also known as Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is a holiday observed on February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries around the world, although it is not a holiday in most of them.
Although some people may not consider this to be an important day, there are those who take Valentine’s Day incredibly serious.
What would be the most romantic gift to give your lover, girlfriend, boyfriend, wife or husband this valentine’s day? One could decide going for a romantic date in a cozy restaurant, chill at a favorite bar with his/her lover and enjoy some cocktails, buy flowers, go shopping till you drop or going for a vacation.
Here are some tips on how to spend your valentine’s day.
- Take A Trip
Take a trip to a nice, romantic place where you will spend quality time together, get to know each other better, or even to ignite that fire that you had lost.
- Conquer A Fear Together Then Celebrate
Conquering fears together can be highly beneficial for the relationship. It is possibly one of the realest ways to come closer to each other.
For many, it’s the fear of heights. Why not go for bungee jumping like in Jinja and after celebrate heavily. It’d be deserving.
- Surprise At Work
Wives, show up at your husband’s office before lunch. Call him from the parking lot and tell him you are going to take him for a lunch rendezvous and that you will be waiting for him whenever he can take a break. Wear a nice outfit and tell him you have something sexy on underneath for when he gets home. Take him to a nice place for lunch and back to the office. Give him some great kisses telling him how glad you are to be married to him, and tell him you will be waiting for him when he gets home.

But rather than spending lots and lots of money to find something your partner will make use of, spend those hours planning out the perfect date, someone has a better idea for you (the ladies).
- Get Kinky In Bed
This especially goes to the married people who have probably lost a spark. Valentine’s Day would be the best day to ignite that spark. Go above and beyond in intimacy, commitment, and responsiveness. Do things that began the spark in the first place.
Set the right mood for your lover. Surprise your lover after returning from dinner to find tea light candles in the room, setting the mood for romance.
- Bring Romance Home
Instead of going out for a romantic movie, bring the romance home. You can have a romantic movie marathon, make or order in your favorite food, light some candles and enjoy the specialness of a night in alone.
Create an intimate Valentine’s Day evening at home, without the children. Plan a menu together, go shopping for the meal, and ultimately preparing the meal together. Cooking to soft, romantic music can really be a turn on! While dining, the same soft, romantic music is a wonderful mood-setter.
